Report of a governor about done job
Petropavlovsk, 14 January 2009, Khabar - Traditional reports of governors before people begun. The regional and rural governors told first about done job and listen to wishes. The head of Lesnoy rural district has met with local people and the main topics concerned reconstruction of roads and problems in educational and medical spheres. The governor of North Kazakhstani region, Serik Bilyalov has also participated into meeting. Serik Abilmanov has been taking the post of head of Lesnoy rural district for 5 years and he reported about done work for several times already. At first he has told about fulfilled promises.
Serik Abilmanov, head of Lesnoy rural district in Akkain region:
- 10 tasks were settled during the last meeting and 9 of them are realized. They concerned water supply, reconstruction of roads and construction of bath house. All these issues are settled.
The villagers collected many issues during one year.
Nurgisa Aitbayev, a villager:
- We are afraid of closing of school and our youth need House of Culture. We worry about these issues very much.
The governor of North Kazakhstani region, Serik Bilyalov has said it is necessary to settle repatriates in villages and crate them all conditions for life and work to avoid closing of schools. Such settlements, as Leninskoe, Kyzyl Zhuldyz and Daiyndyk are included into Lesnoy rural district. 40 enterprises of small business function there: hairdressers, shops, drugstores and bakeries. The larger the number of such enterprises, the less villagers will leave countryside. The villagers raised the problems of reconstruction of roads and reviving of inter-district bus routes. Serik Bilyalov has promised these issues will be settled.

- Some issues are not solved at the level of rural akim or head of district and then we will solve those issues at the regional level. and special attention will be paid to social objects, social sphere and creating of normal life conditions in every village.
This year new out-patients department, House of Culture and large tarde center will be constructed in the region.
