Work of public complaints departments of “Nur Otan” party

Astana, 14 January 2009, Khabar - Public complaints departments of “Nur Otan” continue working. Over 40 000 people addressed the public complaints departments in 2008 and it is 1,5 times more than in 2007. Some of issues of citizens were solved positively and explanations were given. People mainly worry about housing and municipal sphere, employment and re calculation of pensions. Bagila Baimagambetova, Majilis deputy has worked on these issues. She meets with capital’s residents not in the first time and this time even people from neighboring citizens have arrived to meet with her.

- Some problems of the people have been solved at once during our conversation. and the longest issues concerning for example housing or employment or registration will be solved during one month.
