The successful test occurred after a decade pause, Issa Zarepour said through a post on his page in the Iranian social media platform of Virasty, IRNA reported on Wednesday.
Other good news in the space area is to come by the end of the Iranian calendar year on March 19, 2024, Zarepour wrote.
According to the minister, the 500-kg bio-capsule designed and built by the national scholars is planned to help achieving the goal of sending astronaut into space.
