Iran’s Hadi Choopan wins Arnold Classic 2024

Tehran, IRNA — Iranian bodybuilder Hadi Choopan has dethroned defending champion Samson Dauda, snatching the award in the Men’s Open at Arnold Classic 2024.

Dubbed The Persian Wolf, Choopan won the Most Muscular award apart from the main title in his debut at the prestigious showdown, IRNA reported on Sunday.

Dauda, Choopan’s rival, won the Best Poser award at the flagship competition.

The 2022 Mr. Olympia received a $300,000 prize at the event.

The 36-year-old sportsman finished runner-up in the 2023 Mr. Olympia.

The event featuring seven divisions was held from February 29 to March 3 in Columbus, Ohio.
