Iran beats Germany at 2024 Paralympic Final Qualification

TEHRAN, Apr. 08 (MNA) – Iran’s women’s sitting volleyball team thrashed Germany in the 2024 Paralympic Final Qualification Tournament in Dali, China.

In the fifth match on Monday, Iran’s women’s sitting volleyball team defeated Germany in straight sets (25-13, 26-24, 25-21) in the sporting event.

In previous matches, Iran won against Japan and Thailand but lost to China and Slovenia.

The tournament includes Iran, Germany, Japan, Mongolia, Slovenia, Thailand, and Ukraine.

The winner will qualify for the 2024 Summer Paralympics.

The tournament follows a single round-robin format.
