RESEARCH OF AZERBAIJAN HISTORIAN PUBLISHED IN MOSCOW

Baku, 24 July (AzerTAc). ”Archives of the Baku Oil Companies (XIX – early XXs”, a historical research of the Azerbaijani historian, special correspondent of AzerTAc Vugar Seyidov, has been published in Moscow. The research is dedicated to source-study of the “Association of oil manufacture of the Nobel brothers” and all other large oil companies of the Baku which have brought Russia of the end of XIX – early XX on the first place in the world on oil extracting. The historian has conducted scale research of the Russian and Azerbaijan archives, commercial documentation of the Baku companies, and also their international and Russian trading networks.
The monograph is supplied by tables and diagrams on oil production in Russia and the USA as a whole, and also the Baku companies, salaries and national staff of workers, quantity indicators of drilling and productivity of wells, specification of oil products, ways and routes of their deliveries in Russia and for export, quantity and quality of oil refining and kerosene factories tin Russia.
In the appendix the author gives schemes and maps made by him: organizational structures of associations “S. M. Shibaev and Co”, “Oil”, “Oleum” and BORN, genealogical tables of petro-industrialists Asadullayevs and Nagiyevs, system of warehouses and association offices of “Br. Nobel” in the Russian Empire and Persia.
