Security forces apprehend 44 authors and members of the deviant group

Riyadh, August 19, SPA -- A security spokesman of the Ministry of
Interior announced that the security authorities have, thanks to
Allah Almighty, controlled a network of authors and members of the
deviant group and their supporters, despite their strict ways of
disguising and reaching their goals of spreading the deviant thought
and calling for it through luring the youths and exploiting the
philanthropic work to finance their deviant activities.

Shaaban 1430 H., the security authorities were able to arrest 44
elements of that network, one expatriate and the rest are Saudis,
some of them were highly-qualified and of advanced experience. In
addition, some of them have been trained inside and outside the
country on light and heavy arms shooting, ways of drawing explosive
maps and counterfeiting of documents to be used by the elements of
the deviant group while moving, the source said.
He added that the apprehension and inspection operations have led to
the confiscation of weapons and ammunition in addition to ready
electronic circuits which they have developed to be used in
remote-controlled explosions in different sites according to the
following:
First: 17 Kalashnikovs and 22 live ammunition boxes also including
16500 bullets, 26 machine gun stores in addition to 280
remote-controlled electronic explosive circuits, found buried in a
valley near to the city of Riyadh.

bullets and 39 machine guns depots hided in a special room at the
courtyard of a house in Riyadh owned by a member of the deviant
group.
The source added that investigations are still underway to reveal
