ACADEMY OF SCIENCES TO COOPERATE WITH UNION
Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A cooperation deal was established Tuesday between the Academy of Sciences (AS) and the Union of Mongolian Young Scientists (UMYS). It has been inked by academician B.Enkhtuvshin, the AS's president, and by Dr. Z.Batsukh, president of the UMYS. Present at the ceremony were T.Dorj, the AS's vice-president, Dr. D.Odgerel, a secretary of the UMYS, and other officials.
In conformity to the deal, the two organizations will found a joint team to have it implement various foreign and domestic projects. The AS is to be responsible for rendering a support to the project team. In case of realizing a project under a contract the team will cooperate with various organizations.
As the sides suppose, during its 5-year term the contract will significantly contribute to improving knowledge and skills of young scholars and researchers.
