ASIAN DEVELOPMENT BANK HELPS STUDENTS
Laos, June 5 (KPL) - The Asia Development Bank (ADB) has presented 10 information boards, totally worth six million kip to That Luang Secondary School, Chanthaboury Secondary School, Phonsavang Primary School and Phonthane Lower Secondary School.
The donation is to promote information dissemination of the schools, as the students and their teachers will use the board to monitor their examination result and put their writing works such as short stories and features.
The handover took place on Tuesday in That Luang Secondary School and was performed by ADB Country Representative Mr Gil Hong Kim and representatives of the four schools.
Recently the bank has also presented similar assistance to the National Tourism Administration, which was worth 20 million kip.
