JAPANESE VIOLINIST TO PERFORM HERE

Ulaanbaatar, /MONTSAME/ A Japanese outstanding violinist Goto Midori will arrive in Mongolia to perform a concert with a chamber music group, in accordance with a line of "Music Sharing" Non-Profit Organization. She plans to stay here December 18-28.
During the stay, Midori will visit some secondary schools and organizations and will organize demo-concerts of classic music. She will perform December 26 in the Great Hall of the State Philharmonic.
Goto Midori was born 1971 in Osaka, Japan. She started her music career by performing a joint concert together with the Philharmonics of New York State when she was 11 years old. She has cooperated with many outstanding conductors such as Leonard Bernstein, Claudio Abbado, Zubin Mehta, Ozawa Seiji, Simon Rattle, Mariss Jansons and with the Vienna and Berlin Philharmonics, orchestras of Paris and of Concertgebouw.
