11th Round of The Qatar Equestrian Tour - Longines Hathab Concludes

Doha, March 11 (QNA) - The 11th round of the Qatar Equestrian Tour - Longines Hathab concluded this evening, in its sixth edition, which was held for a period of two days in the Longines Outdoor Arena at Al Shaqab - a Qatar Foundation member.
The equestrian tour was organized by the Qatar Equestrian Federation and Modern Pentathlon in cooperation with Al Shaqab.
Qatari equestrian Faleh Suwaid Al Ajmi won first place with a time of 62.73 seconds, whilst Khaled Al Emadi came second with a time of 63.83 seconds, and Sirine Sharif finished third with a time of 65.54 seconds.
The open class held at a height of 115-125 cm, saw Mohammed Khalifa Al Baker win first place, with a time of 20.22 seconds, whereas Khaled Al Emadi came second with a time of 21.82 seconds, followed by Mohammed Abdulla Juma with a time of 21.84 seconds.
As for the first level Future Knights category, at a height of 80 cm, 18 male and female riders competed with 14 knights crossing the hurdles with no error.
Hassan Ali Almarhoon came in first place with a time of 18.31 seconds, Mohammed Abdulla Al Marri finished second with a time of 18.83 seconds, whilst the third place went to Hadi Mansour Al Shahwani, with a time of 19.42 seconds.
The second level of Future Knights, saw 48 male and female riders jump the 90 cm high hurdle, with the first place earned by Ahmed Jassim Al Suwaidi with a time of 17.55 seconds, whilst Abdulla Khalid secured both the first and second places after having competed on two different horses, with a time of 18.44, and 18.62 seconds respectively.
