20th May 21 Architectural Festival Finishes

Pyongyang, May 19 (KCNA) -- The 20th May 21 Architectural Festival finished in the DPRK on May 18.

Presented to the festival, held in the mode of virtual exhibition, were more than 700 architectural achievements made by scientists and technicians.

During the festival, its participants shared the achievements and experience gained in the work to build more monumental edifices in the new era, true to the Workers' Party of Korea's architectural idea and construction policy, and put the architectural science and technology on a higher level.

In the festival, a short course for establishing database for making the urban infrastructure IT-based was held and the latest data on the building science and technology was widely disseminated.

Exhibits from Pyongyang University of Architecture, the Paektusan Institute of Architecture, the North Hwanghae Provincial Designing Institute and the Rason City Designing Institute were highly appreciated. -0-
