Austria To Host Intˈl Persian Hand-woven Carpet Fair

Tehran, Jan 23, IRNA – The head of National Iranian Carpet Center announced that a conference and exhibition of Persian hand-woven carpets will be held in Vienna, Austrian capital, in April. Mohammad Baqer Aqa-Alikhani referred to the conclusion of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) between the center and the UN Middle East Region Center and said that the conference will provide an opportunity to introduce Persian carpets to other countries in a specialized manner. He further noted that National Iranian Carpet Center has signed an agreement with Nano Research Center based on which both sides will use each otherˈs experiences./end
