AVERAGE WAGE STANDS AT MNT 760,000

According to results of the study, the national average wage stands at MNT 760 thousand (USD 415). The study covered some 33 thousand entities operating in the nation. A great gape has been observed between the genders, as the averages have been calculated at MNT 830 thousand (USD 455) for men and smaller MNT 700 thousand (USD 384) for women. Highest earners in the nation are mining employees, who averagely receive a monthly wage of MNT 1.7 million (USD 932). The smallest wages to workers engaging in small business, who are entitled to MNT 340,000 (USD 186) at average.
