BANK OF MONGOLIA ESTABLISHES SWAP AGREEMENT WITH CHINA

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ The Bank of Mongolia and the People's Bank of China signed on March 20 the amendment to Chinese Yuan (CNY)/ Mongolian Togrog (MNT) Bilateral Currency Swap Agreement to expand swap scale from 5 billion CNY / 1 trillion MNT to 10 billion CNY / 2 trillion MNT in Beijing. The sides have agreed that the amendment to Chinese Yuan / Mongolian Togrog Bilateral Currency Swap Agreement will be conducive to maintain regional financial stability and to facilitate bilateral trade and investment.
