Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, /MONTSAME/ A decision was made on January 11 at the cabinet meeting to free D.Sugar from the post of head of the State property committee at his own request. Then, a draft of the Presidential decree "About teaching the Constitution lessons" was supported. It was decided to send to the author a proposal on changing the draft as an “Decree to task the government with taking measures for arranging on every January 13 one-hour lesson about the Constitution in senior grades of secondary schools, in universities, colleges, and vocational training centers".
