Capital Inflow Reflects Foreign Investors' Confidence: OJK

Jakarta, July 15 (Antara) - The Financial Service Authority (OJK) said the inflows of foreign capital into the domestic market reflects the confidence of foreign investors in the country`s economy. Foreign capital flowing into the country has reached a total of Rp53.9 trillion so far in 2014, OJK chief of capital market supervision Nurhaida said . Nurhaida described the capital inflow as significant against capital outflow of Rp20 trillion in 2013. "It is a form of confidence of foreign investors in our market," she said here on Tuesday. She said Indonesia , therefore, needs to maintain the confidence of the investors, pointing out, "investment is a matter of confidence and expectation."
