Customs Dept auctions off seized brand name items

SAMUT PRAKAN, Aug 25 (TNA) – The Customs Department auctioned off seized brand name goods, featuring the sale of brand name items, including bags, watches, and shoes valued at more than at most 14 million baht. The auction took place today at the customs office at Suvarnabhumi Airport. Many bidders participated in the bidding, which is expected to reap in at least seven million baht today. Feature items include an Hermes bag, with the starting bid price of 100,000 baht and a Patek Philippe watch, starting at 560,000 baht. The department have already earned about 30 million baht in the past three auctions. (TNA)
