Danish energy engagement with Iran golden opportunity: Envoy

Tehran, Nov 26, IRNA – Cooperation of Danish energy companies with Iran to carry out its projects is going to provide them with a golden opportunity, says Danish Ambassador to Tehran Danny Annan. Annan, who was accompanied by an energy and business delegation, was recently paying a visit to Iran's South Pars Gas Field. He said, 'We hope grounds will be prepared for Danish energy companies to contribute into projects in Iran.' 'Danish energy companies are interested in making investment in Iran's South Pars Gas Field and cooperate with the country to implement its energy projects,' he said. The Danish envoy also described Iran's advancements in the field of energy as 'astonishing.' 'All representatives of the Danish companies and I were caught by surprise,' Annan.
