PRESIDENT ATTENDS MONGOLIA-HONG KONG BUSINESS MEETING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj has mentioned about the Mongolia’s economy and investment sectors at a Mongolia-Hong Kong business meeting. Co-organized by the General Consulate of Mongolia in Hong Kong and the HK Trade Development Council, the event took place on Thursday in the international convention center within a working visit of the State Head to the special administrative region of the People's Republic of China (PRC). In his speech, Mr Elbegdorj emphasized that Mongolia has been doing reforms at all the socio-economic sectors such as legal and court systems and good-governance, adding that these reforms will provide investors with an agreeable condition. Then he urged businessmen of Hong Kong and other countries to expand the business ties with Mongolia, utilizing this opportunity. He also encouraged accompanied him business delegates to collaborate with their counterparts. At the end of the meeting, the President attended a signing ceremony of a cooperation memorandum on activating the Mongolia-Hong Kong trade and economic relations and investments.
