UAE Businesswomen To Visit Malaysia

KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 23 (Bernama) -- A selected group of powerful and influential businesswomen from the United Arab Emirates will visit Malaysia in December to explore investment opportunities and meet their Malaysian counterparts. The tour will take place between Dec 5 and Dec 9, said Inside Investor, organiser of the UAE Malaysia Power Ladies Roundtable 2011. "The tour will include roundtable sessions, seminars and meetings with high-profile government and corporate personalities. Among the personalities expected to meet the delegation include Rosmah Mansor, wife of Prime Minister Najib Razak, Bank Negara (Central Bank) Governor Zeti Akhtar Aziz and Chief Secretary to the Government Sidek Mohd Hassan. Inside Investor said the visit was the result of an initial roundtable held during the "Invest Malaysia Forum 2011" in Abu Dhabi last January which was attended by Rosmah. The UAE delegation will also comprise Raja Easa Al Gurg, Managing Director of major conglomerate Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, Fatima Obaid Al Jaber, Chief Operating Office, Al Jaber Group and Faiza Al Sayed from the Al Fahim Group and many other prominent business personal. -- BERNAMA Malaysia
