Georgia to assess ecological safety of gas pipeline up to Azerbaijani border

Georgia, Tbilisi, August 23 /Trend N.Kirtzkhalia/ Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation starts public discussion of the report on environmental impact of the project for construction of 25 kilometers long section of South Main Gas Pipeline up to the border with Azerbaijan. The discussion on the ecological safety of the Red Bridge-Marneuli gas pipeline will be held on October 7, 2013 in Marneuli (Kvemo Kartli region, Eastern Georgia), Georgian Oil and Gas Corporation told Trend on Thursday. The report will be available on the website of the Corporation, or it can be received in the administration of Marneuli region and in the office of Orukhus center in Georgia. According to the report, notes and proposals for the project should be submitted to the Oil and Gas Corporation till September 27, 2013. Do you have any feedback?
