Iranian Cyclist Spreading Message Of Environment Protection In 15 Countries

Berlin, Nov 10, IRNA – Iranian cyclist Yavar Samadi is in Berlin to convey his message of environment protection to the city’s officials. Berlin is one of his numerous destinations within his 16,000-kilometer tour of 15 Asian and European countries which he conducts to convey his message of environment protection to city officials along his route. Talking to IRNA, he said his program is aimed at promoting the culture of protecting the living environment and taking practical measures to lower air pollution. The 46-year-old cyclist started his tour late summer this year and reached Berlin after passing through Azerbaijan, Russia and Denmark. Samadi is to proceed to Netherlands and then will also visit Belgium, Switzerland, France, Italy, Turkey and Japan among other countries./end
