Estithmar Holding Offers Up To 50% Of Its Capital For Subscription

Doha, July 03 (QNA) - Estithmar Holding, a Qatari public shareholding company, announced the issuance and offer up to (50%) of the company’s capital. The company called shareholders to the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting on July 24 to approve the aforementioned subscription. The issuance will take place as follows: 10% by issuing subscription rights and 40% by private placement and/or public subscription, provided that each of them is issued in one tranche or several tranches over the course of one year. Estithmar Holding was founded in 2008. It has a capital of QR 830 million. (QNA)
