Continution of state housing program

Astana, 21 January 2009, Khabar - Reception of applications for participation into program of housing construction for 2008-2010 will begin from January 28 in Astana. Young families with children under 30 can take part into it. They should be state employees and workers of state enterprises, Yerkebulat Kabeldin, director of housing department of Astana has said this. Flats will be distributed according to the mark system. One square meter will cost $470 and only “Zhilstroybank” will give credits with preferential conditions without primary payment. to take part into program people must bring copies of identity cards of a declarant and members of his families certified by a notary, applications from work with information of common length of experience, about membership of family, salary, copies of certificate of marriage and birth of children, copy of work-book certified by a notary and application that confirms that a declarant lives in the city. Currently over 12 000 flats are being constructed according to the state program of housing construction in Astana.

- Reception of applications begins from January 28. This year we will put to exploitation 5 600 flats according to state housing program for 2008-2010. I want to say it is only the first stage of the program and we will build over 12 000 flats during 2008-2010.
