Memorandum of Calculation committee and “Nur Otan” party
Astana, 21 January 2009, Khabar - Calculation committee and “Nur Otan” People’s Democratic party have signed memorandum on cooperation. They will together fight corruption and improve state financial control. The memorandum on cooperation has been signed by Omarkhan Oxibayev, chairman of Calculation committee and Darkhan Kaletayev, first deputy of “Nur Otan” People’s Democratic party in Astana. According to the document, the sides will exchange information about violations of budget laws.
Darkhan Kaletayev, first deputy of “Nur Otan” People’s Democratic party:
- The signing of this memorandum will help us fight against corruption. All actions taken by us concerning attraction of state bodies to the corruption fighting gave positive results. And agreement of Calculation committee to cooperate with us confirms the success of this action once more.
It is expected the cooperation will help to annihilate corruption in sphere of using of budget funds, improve management of state finances and increase effectiveness of spending of budget programs and programs in different spheres. Darkhan Kaletayev has noted over 50 000 citizens addressed the public complaint rooms of the “Nur Otan” party last year and it shows trust of population to the party.
