Finance Minister hails Bahrain-UK strategic ties

Manama, July 25 (BNA): Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa hailed longstanding strategic ties binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the United Kingdom, noting joint cooperation spanning the financial and economic sectors.

Receiving the outgoing UK Ambassador Roddy Drummond, the minister stressed the importance of building on strong partnership to further cooperation which would benefit both friendly countries.

He commended the outgoing ambassador’s efforts during his tenure, which contributed to reinforcing joint ties and expanding cooperation towards meeting common goals and interests.
