Foreign Minister Participates in Several Committees on Sidelines of Preparatory Ministerial Meeting of 32nd Arab Summit

Jeddah, May 17, 2023, SPA -- Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, the Minister of Foreign Affairs, participated in Jeddah today in a number of Arab committees on the sidelines of the preparatory ministerial meeting of the 32nd Arab League Council at the summit level.
The committees included a meeting of the commission to follow up on the implementation of decisions and commitments at the ministerial level and an item on Türkiye under the chairmanship of the Arab Republic of Egypt. They also included the Ministerial Committee for the Support of the State of Palestine under the chairmanship of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria and the Ministerial Committee in charge of studying the proposals of President Abdelmadjid Tebboune of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria to develop and strengthen the Arab League.
During the meetings, they discussed the most prominent developments of the Arab countries, including strengthening joint Arab action to protect Arab security in its comprehensive concept, promoting and supporting water and food security for all Arab countries, and following up on the political developments of the Palestinian cause and the Arab-Israeli conflict.
The meetings were attended by Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji, the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs, and Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs Ministry for International Multilateral Affairs.
