Foreign Minister Receives His Swedish Counterpart

Riyadh, October 08, 2023, SPA -- The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, received here today the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Sweden, Tobias Billstrom.
During the meeting, the two sides conducted a comprehensive review of the cooperation between Saudi Arabia and Sweden, exploring avenues to strengthen and further develop these ties across all sectors. They engaged in discussions on the latest regional and international developments, as well as the concerted efforts being made in this regard.
Additionally, the importance of intensifying collaborative efforts on bilateral and multilateral fronts, while fostering economic cooperation in line with Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030, was emphasized. The goal is to enhance opportunities that serve shared interests and contribute to achieving sustainable development objectives.
The meeting was attended by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Dr. Saud Al-Sati, and the Saudi Ambassador to the Kingdom of Sweden, Enas Al-Shahwan.
