Algerian Minister Calls For Expansion Of Ties With IRNA

Algiers, April 29, IRNA – Algerian Minister of Communications Nacer Mehal has underlined the need for fostering cooperation with the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA). In a message to IRNA Managing Director Ali Akbar Javanfekr, Mehal stressed the importance of consolidation of unity among Islamic nations. Javanfekr, who is also presidential advisor for media affairs, has sent a message of condolences to the Algerian communications minister over the demise of the country’s first president, Ahmed Ben Bella./end
