AP tribute to HM King

Cairo, July 4 (BNA): The Arab Parliament (AP) Bureau hailed the role of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa in advocating national causes in the Arab world and international community. It commended royal support to the AP work which contributed to its success in serving the Arab World and defending the Arab political causes and pan-Arab national security. The tribute was expressed as AP Speaker Dr. Mishal bin Fahm Al-Salmi chaired a bureau meeting in Cairo, Egypt. AP Vice Speaker MP Adel Al-Asoomi said the session took a number of decisions regard key issues on the agenda. The session referred a letter of thanks addressed by HM the King to the AP Speaker to the Foreign Affairs Committee. The Speaker will chair the closing AP session at the Arab League general-secretariat headquarters in Cairo, Egypt.
