Bahrain Haj delegation to visit Saudi Arabia

Manama, Feb. 7 (BNA): Haj delegation chairman Shaikh Adnan bin Abdulla Al-Qattan will lead Bahrain's Haj mission to Saudi Arabia to attend the annual meeting held between officials from the Saudi Ministry of Haj and Umra and pilgrimage delegations. Al-Qattan is expected to meet the Saudi Haj and Umra Ministry undersecretary to discuss the requirements and preparations for the upcoming pilgrimage season. The visit is at the invitation of the Saudi Haj and Umra Minister Dr. Mohammad Saleh bin Taher Benten to attend the coordination meetings to review preparations and plans undertaken by the Saudi authorities. Al-Qattan commended the efforts of the Saudi Government, led by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud to streamline measures for pilgrims. He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier for their support to the Bahrain Haj Delegation.
