Bahrain to mark Night of Destiny

Manama, June 11(BNA): Bahrain will join the Islamic World in marking the “Night of Destiny (Lailatul-Qadr) on Wednesday (June 21). A ceremony will be held after taraweeh prayers at the Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Centre under the auspices of Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) President Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al-Khalifa. The Directorate of Religious Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments Ministry is organising the annual ceremony. Undersecretary for Islamic Affairs Dr. Farid bin Yacoub Al-Meftah extended congratulations to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier and people of Bahrain.
