Bahrain to mark Night of Destiny Wednesday

Manama, June 11(BNA): The Directorate of Religious Affairs at the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments will tomorrow hold a ceremony marking the “Night of Destiny (Lailatul-Qadr). A eventy will be held after taraweeh prayers at the Ahmed Al-Fateh Islamic Centre under the auspices of Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (SCIA) President Shaikh Abdulla bin Khalid Al-Khalifa. The ceremony will feature mainly a recitation of the holy Quran by Reader, Hamdi Aqeel, and then a speech by the Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments. The Ministry called on citizens and residents to attend the ceremony.
