Bahraini-Emirati youth cooperation praised

Manama, Mar. 24 (BNA): Youth and Sports Affairs Minister Ayman bin Tawfiq Al-Moayyed received Ambassador of the United Arab Emirates to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Shaikh Sultan bin Hamadan bin Zayed Al Nahyan. They reviewed means of boosting the cooperation in the field of youth and sports and mulling to launch Bahrain-UAE joint youth and sports programmes. The minister praised the fraternal cooperation in all fields in harmony with the vision of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and President His Highness Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The minister confirmed the ministry’s keenness to bolster the concerted coordination in the field of youth and sports in harmony with the vision of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs and Chairman of the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports, to consolidate the bilateral relations to achieve the aspirations of youth in both brotherly countries. The ambassador stressed the deep-rooted fraternal ties in the various fields, pointing out that the Emirati-Bahraini outstanding cooperation offers a model to be emulated among the brethren, affirming the importance of activation of the joint cooperation in the field of youth and sports.
