BDF chief of staff opens 22nd candidate officer session

Manama, Jan. 25 (BNA): Chief of Staff of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), Lieutenant-General Dheyab bin Saqr Al-Nuaimi, opened the 22nd batch of university candidate officers at the Isa Military College. The chief of staff delivered a speech in which he expressed pride in the national competencies of candidate officers participating in the session, in line with the sound directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander. He called on the candidate officers to be committed to the noble military ethics which are derived from the Islamic Religion, and the authentic Arab values so as to be soldiers of the Right and the real assets of the nation. Assistant Chief of Staff for Human Resources, Major-General Shaikh Ali bin Rashid Al Khalifa, and a number of senior BDF officers attended the session’s opening ceremony.
