Bus Company Worker Bites Passenger's Finger

JAKARTA, Dec 5 (Bernama) -- A bus company here will investigate a report that its staff had bitten a passenger's finger to shred. Transjakarta public service head M. Akbar said the company regretted the incident and had identified the staff who allegedly committed the act. The Kompas daily reported on Monday that a passenger, Yohanes Sulung Hasiando, 27, had lodged a police report saying that he was bitten on his finger by the staff following an argument. The quarrel was said to have started when Yohanes asked the staff several times about the bus routes as he was not satisfied with his answers earlier. -- BERNAMA
