Celebrate CNY With Renewed Resolve To Strengthen Unity: PM Najib

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 21 (Bernama) -- Najib Tun Razak has called on Malaysians to renew their determination to defend, strengthen and nurture national unity which has been painstakingly fostered based on tolerance, acceptance and celebration of diversity. Saying that Malaysians shared more similarities than differences, the prime minister said in his message in conjunction with the Chinese New Year that all Malaysians shared the same dream for a better future "for us and our children." "Let us strive together to ensure a future filled with hope for all," he said in the message posted on his 1Malaysia.com.my blog. He wished Malaysians a happy Chinese New Year and expressed the hope that the Year of the Dragon would bring about a ray of hope, happiness and prosperity. "Let's continue with our best Malaysian tradition by sharing the celebration with all communities. "Let's open our doors to all Malaysians.
