Commander-in-Chief receives Peninsula Shield Forces Commander

Manama, Apr. 15 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa received today Commander of the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces Major General Abdulaziz bin Ahmed Al Balawi and his accompanying delegation. The meeting was attended by BDF Chief of Staff Lieutenant General Dhiab bin Saqr Al Nuaimi. The BDF Commander-in-Chief praised the efforts of the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces in boosting common goal and destiny binding the GCC countries. Present at the meeting were Defence Ministry Undersecretary Major General Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, General Command Court Director Major General Hassan Mohammed Sa'ad, Assistant Chief of Staff for Supply and Catering Rear Admiral Yussef Ahmed Malallah, Assistant Chief of Staff for Operations Major General Ghanim Ibrahim Al Fadhala and senior officers.
