Commander-in-Chief visits BDF units

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): Commander-in-Chief of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa paid today an inspection visit to a number of BDF weaponries and units to get informed about their readiness. He listened to a briefing on their development programmes, directing them to work diligently in carrying out the missions assigned to them. He paid tribute to the BDF personnel for their unflinching dedication to performing their national responsibilities, lauding the advanced level of the BDF units in various military fields. The BDF Commander-in-Chief underlined the efforts made to develop the BDF units and equip them with cutting edge weaponries and military systems to boost their capabilities in defending the nation and maintaining its security and stability under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
