COOPERATION IN TOURISM WITH ISTANBUL DISCUSSED

Ulaanbaatar/MONTSAME/ During their participation in the annual East Mediterranean International Tourism Expo (EMMIT) in Istanbul, Turkey last month, delegates of the Ulaanbaatar city Tourism Department, Mongolian Consulate General In Istanbul and Mongolian Tourism Association held a meeting with Ar Serdal Akyurt, manager of Directorate of Tourism of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, and Didem Ogur, foreign relations specialist of the Directorate, reported the Ulaanbaatar city Tourism Department on February 7. At the meeting, the sides agreed to cooperate in formulating a marketing plan to sell tourism products of the two cities together, attracting tourists, displaying a photo exhibition in Istanbul to publicize Mongolian tourism and organizing a FAM Tour of team of press and tourism companies.
