Crown Prince congratulated by SDC Secretary General

Manama, Feb. 5 (BNA): HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from Secretary General of the Supreme Defence Council Lt-Gen Shaikh Daij bin Salman Al Khalifa on the BDF 50th anniversary. The SDC Secretary General extended sincere congratulations, praying to Almighty to bless HRH Crown Prince with good health and happiness to witness the national occasion many years to come. He took pride in the royal support for the BDF, which has enabled it to defend the homeland and national achievements, reiterating allegiance to the homeland and royal leadership. HRH Crown Prince sent a cable of thanks to the SDC Secretary General in reply to his congratulations, wishing Bahrain more progress and prosperity under the leadership of HM King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
