Tuanku Syed Faizuddin (right), who is at the head of a delegation from the Perlis Islamic Religious and Malay Customs Council, began a one-week visit to Kazakhstan last Friday. He later held a dialogue with students from the university who were keen to know about higher education opportunities in Malaysia.
