Effort to boost Gulf cultural ties praised

Manama, June 21 (BNA): Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) President Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa today received Director-General of GCC Economic and Development Affairs Authority, Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Shaikh. The meeting discussed boosting GCC ties and cultural achievements in preparation for Expo 2020 Dubai. BACA President pointed out the GCC Secretariat’s role in strengthening the joint Gulf cultural and social ties. Al-Shaikh commended the BACA’s effort to upgrade the local cultural activities. MJ
