Embassy in Germany marks milestone

Berlin, Feb. 14 (BNA): The Embassy of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Federal Republic of Germany celebrated the 17th anniversary of the National Action Charter, which is an integral document for reform and modernization in all fields, through which His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa took a step in the field of political, economic and social reform, empowerment of women and national democratic action. The Bahraini people approved it on February 14, 2001 with a rate of 98.4% of the total number of voters, establishing the role of the constitutional institutions in the country to meet the aspirations of the citizens towards further development, progress and cultural growth.
