Enzyme for Detecting Potato Virus Developed in DPRK

Pyongyang, October 31 (KCNA) -- The Agrobiology Research Institute under the Academy of Agriculture Science in the DPRK developed a new kind of enzyme for detecting potato virus. This enzyme helps promptly detect viruses exerting a harmful influence on potato growth. It has been introduced to various units of the country, enjoying popularity for its low cost and high detecting efficiency. -0-
