Pyongyang, January 29 (KCNA) -- The first total lunar eclipse is to be seen in Pyongyang this year. According to Kang Chang Hyok, a researcher of the Pyongyang Observatory under the State Academy of Sciences, the total lunar eclipse is expected on January 31. The eclipse of the moon will start from 20:18 and end at 23:41. And the total lunar eclipse will be at 22:00 and the phase of eclipse 1.3. The total lunar eclipse was observed in 2014 and 2015. -0-
