Foreign Ministry holds farewell ceremony

Manama, Feb. 8 (BNA): The Foreign Ministry held today a farewell ceremony to outgoing Japanese Ambassador to Bahrain Kiyoshi Asako, under the patronage of Assistant Foreign Minister Abdullah bin Faisal bin Jabr Al Dusari. The Assistant Foreign Minister lauded the ambassador’s outstanding efforts to further boost bilateral relations, stressing keenness on fostering ties of friendship and cooperation between the two friendly countries. The Japanese ambassador thanked the Assistant Foreign Minister and all officials in Bahrain for their cooperation, wishing Bahrain and its people more progress and prosperity. The Assistant Foreign Minister presented the Japanese ambassador with a commemorative gift, wishing him constant success.
