Pyongyang, February 16 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, member of the Presidium of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, sent a congratulatory message to Aleksandar Vucic, president of Serbia, Thursday on its national day.
