HM King congratulated by labour minister

Manama, Feb. 6 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa the Supreme Commander received a cable of congratulations from Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel Mohammed Ali Humaidan, on the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF)'s 50th anniversary. The minister reminisced the timeline of His Majesty's laying the building blocks of the BDF as the Kingdom's invincible protective shield on land, at sea and the skies and its progress over the past fifty years. He also cited the BDF's national and regional role along with the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) brotherly forces. The minister praised the BDF's remarkable humanitarian and community services.
